SERVICE

Please be aware the construction process takes between three (3) to four (4) weeks depending on the item to be made if we do not have it in stock. We cannot begin to make orders until payment is received in full.

PRICING

All prices are in AU Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post. Please allow at least a week or so for processing and shipping, although items are usually shipped as soon as possible. Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. Overseas orders freight will be quoted on an individual basis. Free local pickup is also available. See our address and contact details here. Please contact us ahead of pickup.

REPAIRS

We reserve the right to assess repairs on items purchased within 30 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping charges on repair items. Please contact us first for repair authorisation here.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Please choose carefully as refunds, exchanges and returns are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, provided inaccurate measurements, or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding further.
